School Administrator
This role protects culture, compliance, and structure — ensuring daily operations run with excellence.
- Ensure Arkansas Minimum Licensing compliance
- Oversee daily school operations & documentation
- Lead staff accountability & performance support
- Support enrollment tours and family communication
- Assist hiring & protect private-pay standards

Early Learning Educator
We are hiring educators — not babysitters. This role is for professionals who teach with intention and uphold standards.
- Implement daily lesson plans & structured routines
- Maintain safe, clean, organized classrooms
- Supervise within Arkansas licensing ratios
- Support developmental growth and behavior consistency
- Document and communicate professionally with families
